Use
Himalayan pink salt was formed millions of years ago, when oceans covered much of the Earth. Evaporation of the sea and strong tectonic movements gave rise to the Himalayas Mountains. It is harvested from ancient seabed, stored at a depth varying between 400 and 700 meters.Himalayan pink salt is not iodized, unrefined and without any additive. It is very rich in trace elements (potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, copper, manganese and zinc), and particularly in iron, which gives it its pinkish colour.
It goes perfectly with meat, fish and vegetables.
