Utilisation

Fleur de sel from Guérande: The fleur de sel from Guérande consists of naturally white crystals, formed on the surface of salt marshes. Rich in trace elements and with a slight taste of violet, it enhances the taste of your dishes, just sprinkled at the end or after cooking, or with fresh raw vegetables.

Hawaiian Black salt: Of an unusual appearance, this Hawaiian black salt owes its satiny colour to the black lava rocks, which enrich the salt with minerals. To be used with fish and grilled meat, or fresh vegetables as appetizers, for an elegant and original decoration.

Himalayan Pink salt: Himalayan pink salt was formed millions of years ago, when oceans covered much of the Earth. It is not iodized, unrefined and without any additive. It is very rich in trace elements (potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, copper, manganese and zinc), and particularly in iron, which gives it its pinkish colour. It goes perfectly with meat, fish and vegetables.
