« Aïoli » is a provencal dish, described as a garlic mayonnaise. Our version includes chili, for a spicy taste! It goes perfectly with raw vegetables, as well as grilled meat and fish.
Ingrédients
Vegetable oil, Chili paste (8%), egg yolk, water, vinegar, garlic (3%), sugar, salt, mustard seeds, herbs, spices, lactic acid, xanthan gum, natural flavour.
