Green Selection: Cold-pressed oil extracted from green olives (harvested in the early season) and immediately pressed. It reveals light to medium level bitterness/pungent. Long-lasting and well distinguished vegetal aromas (artichoke, tomato, tomato plant, green banana). To be enjoyed especially with raw vegetables (tomato, cauliflower, carrots), green salads, fat fish, white meats, starchy food (potatoes, pasta, rice).

Production located in Puglia - Italie. Varieties Dolce di Rossano, Nocellara, Messinese, le Leccino, la Nocellara del Belice, Carolea.
