Utilisation
Made of ceps and truffle, this cream enhances the most simple products. To be enjoyed with eggs (soft-boiled, scrambled or as an omelette), or to be mixed in risotto, mash, sauce or in pasta. It can also accompany pan-fried foie gras.

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 73%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 3%, aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil, spices, salt, flavouring.
