Utilisations
The grapes are harvested once they are dried, then put on screens to finish drying. The raisins are cooked and then put in oak barrels with mother of vinegar. The must is matured for 4 years, then the fig is added, enhancing its fruity flavour. To be enjoyed with roasted beef, ice cream, fruit salads and pastry.
Ingredients
Grape must and vinegar of Negroamaro and Malvasia, fig 7%.
Free from preservatives and colouring, no added sugar.
May contain traces of sulphites.
