Utilisation
This voluptuous-coloured mustard was prepared with grape must, which gives it a sweet, fruity flavour. It can be used as seasoning and decoration on finger food, meat, raw salad, as well as duck breast, and small sweet tomatoes.
Ingredients
Grape must 48%, mustard seeds, water, spirit vinegar, salt, spices, colouring: antocyan, preservative: sodium bisulfites.
