The Jerusalem artichoke or « sunroot » unveils delicate artichoke flavours, enhanced by the slight citrus acidity. An original supplement to starters and appetizers: to be enjoyed with hard-boiled eggs, anchovy filets, vegetables, cold cuts or grilled beef.
