Turmeric & squid ink tagliatelles

Use

Bring to the boil 4 litres of water. Add 12 g of salt (optional) and put the pasta in it.

Stir occasionally and light drain the pasta when cooked: 4 min.

Serve with extra virgin olive oil, cheese or sauces.

Ingredients

durum wheat semolina, turmeric in powder 1%, squid ink 1%, salt.
