Utilisations
Cold-pressed oil extracted from ripe olives pressed immediately after harvest. A soft oil in mouth: sometimes slightly bitter or pungent. It reveals soft and subtle flavours like nuts, ripe fruits (pear), flowers, berries, citrus fruits... To be enjoyed especially with fish, white meat (chicken, guinea fowl, duck, rabbit), red meat (beef, pork), raw and cooked vegetables.
